Luke Hoover Appointed Chair of ABA's Hotels, Resorts and Tourism Committee

Luke Hoover, associate in Seyfarth's Real Estate department, was named chair of the American Bar Association’s Hotels, Resorts and Tourism Committee within the Hospitality, Timesharing & Common Interests Development Group for 2026-2027.

The Hotels, Resorts and Tourism committee considers matters relevant to the acquisition, development, financing, operation and disposition of hotels and resorts, and related developments and amenities.

Hoover represents clients engaged in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on the hospitality industry.
