Lynn Holliday Quoted and Seyfarth Shaw’s Atlanta Office Featured in Bisnow Atlanta
“Seyfarth’s Gold”

Seyfarth’s Atlanta office, which just received LEED Gold certification, was featured in a March 9, 2011, article in Bisnow Atlanta. The article discussed the features that helped the office achieve Gold status, including low flow water fixtures, lots of natural lighting, an open floor plan and controlled HVAC temperature ranges. The building's contractor, Skanska, also used green practices, utilizing recycled construction materials. “Using LEED methodology wasn’t so much a money saving endeavor, but, and it sounds kind of corny, it was the right thing to do,” commented Atlanta partner Lynn Holliday.
