Marc Gurell was quoted in a July 6 story “NY Real Estate Regulation To Watch In The 2nd Half Of 2016” from Law360 on New York real estate legislation and regulation to watch for in the second half of 2016. Gurell said that the 421-a program has spurred massive development within the city, including some of the city’s premier projects, and that the end of that program could easily chill development.
