Marc Gurell was quoted in a December 17 story from Law360 entitled “4 Common Errors In Year-End Race To Seal Real Estate Deals” on a few common mistakes to steer clear of when completing real estate deals before the end of the year. Gurell said that among the biggest mistakes counsel to borrowers make in the December push to get deals done is the failure to properly negotiate key components of the loan documents.
