Mark Johnson and Kevin Woolf Panelists for "A Brave New (Retail) World" at NRF Retail Law Summit

Mark Johnson, partner in Seyfarth's Litigation department, and Kevin Woolf, partner in Seyfarth's Real Estate department, will serve as panelists for "A Brave New (Retail) World" at the virtual NRF Retail Law Summit on July 15, 2021.

The panel will describe key cases and take-aways from the wave of retail-related litigation that followed the events of 2020, discuss how those litigation learnings are being translated into real estate deals and documents, and go over the impact COVID continues to have on the future of urban retail.
