Matthew Banham and Sara Thomas Arano coauthored the chapter “Extraterritoriality: The UK Perspective” in the Global Investigations Review’s tenth edition of The Practitioner’s Guide to Global Investigations. The piece outlines how recent reforms have expanded the reach of UK authorities to investigate and prosecute corporate misconduct abroad and the role of the International Anti-Corruption Prosecutorial Taskforce in strengthening cross-border enforcement.
