Matthew Hafter and Michael Dunn Published in BNA's Corporate Stock Repurchases and Going Private Portfolio

Seyfarth Shaw Coporate Department attorneys Matthew Hafter and Michael Dunn, with contributions from Paul Drizner, Ilya Bubel, Kerry Jefferson and Christine Rosso, recently completed the 2012 updates to the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) Corporate Stock Repurchases and Going Private Portfolio.
