Meagan Newman quoted in Bloomberg BNA Daily Labor Report, “Settlements, Damages Detailed in Updated OSHA Whistle-Blower Investigation Manual”

Meagan Newman was quoted in a May 22 story from Bloomberg BNA Daily Labor Report on an updated edition of OSHA’s Whistleblower Investigations Manual that increases guidance on such issues as settlement agreements, back pay and compensatory damages. Newman said the revised manual is somewhat of a mixed bag for employers.
