Meagan Newman was quoted in a January 5 story entitled “OSHA flexes its regulatory muscle” from Business Insurance on the evolution in the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration's regulatory and enforcement policies and practices in recent years. Newman said she would characterize the agency's enforcement effort as becoming increasingly aggressive.
