Members of Seyfarth’s EB-5 practice recently collaborated with ILW, the leading immigration law publisher - to write and publish “Forming and Operating an EB-5 Regional Center: A Guide for Developers and Business Innovators.” Angelo Paparelli, co-leader of Seyfarth’s EB-5 practice and a leading immigration lawyer, served as editor of the book, along with contributions from Securities partners Gregory White, Michael Dunn and Mark Katzoff, and Finance counsel Sherman Golden.
