Michael Jusczyk to Co-Chair Second Session of BBA Virtual Event: Young Bar Meets Bankruptcy Bench

On Thursday, March 3rd from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern, Michael Jusczyk, attorney in Seyfarth's Boston Litigation Department, will co-chair the second session of a webinar series for the BBA Virtual Event: "Young Bar Meets Bankruptcy Bench." This year’s Young Bar Meets Bankruptcy Bench program features a “mock” motion session before Bankruptcy Court Judges. In the first session, we heard from a roundtable of Bankruptcy Court Judges and experienced lawyers about preparing for motion hearings and how to put on an effective oral argument.

 In this second session, put your preparation to the test by presenting your oral argument before Bankruptcy Judges and an audience of fellow New Lawyers in a virtual courtroom! You will receive instant feedback from the Judges that is sure to help you feel more confident and prepared each time you go in to Court. Those attendees who don’t argue a motion will have the great opportunity to observe their peers, see the tips and strategies discussed at the Roundtable in action, and make new connections with other young lawyers!
