The Kansas City Business Journal quoted Michael Wexler in its article, “Court battles against FTC noncompete ban create tricky environment,” on July 24. Wexler discussed how court cases over the Federal Trade Commission's new rule banning noncompete agreements have businesses trying to figure out how to protect their proprietary information.
