Michel Feldman was quoted in the January 4, 2010 Agenda article, “Directors Rank Boardroom Priorities for New Year.” The article discussed the recent Agenda survey where directors ranked corporate strategy as the number one boardroom priority for 2010. According to Mike, who is a director on the board of NYSE-listed Watson Pharmaceuticals, strategy has been on the back burner at many companies in recent years. He noted, “I’m hopeful that most companies have put their Sarbanes-Oxley concerns behind and can now give attention to strategy and risk management rather than [the compliance] process.”
