Mitchell Kaplan quoted by Law360, “Hot CMBS Deals Market Pushes Down Delinquency Rate”

Mitchell Kaplan was quoted in an August 12 story from Law360 on how the delinquency rate for commercial mortgage-backed securities has been falling for most of the year. Kaplan said that, with the low interest rate and significant sources of capital, it's a good environment for refinancing adding that when you have that, it's going to keep the delinquency rate down.
