New Corporate and Finance Attorneys Featured in LBO Wire

The nine newest members of Seyfarth Shaw's corporate and finance practice were featured in the November 25, 2008 LBO Wire article, "Seyfarth Shaw Adds Attorneys to New York Office." Stanley Bloch, E. Ann Gill, Joel Handel, Andrew Lucano and David Warburg joined as partners, in addition to Of Counsel Eric Martins and Associates Yoni Frider, Ying Li and Ani Manoukian who will also be joining the firm. The article noted that Stanley's practice focuses on corporate transactions and legal services for the telecommunications industry. The article also highlighted Ann's background in debt and equity private placements, private acquisitions and acquisition financing, restructurings and recapitalizations, among other areas, and that she provides services to investors and investment vehicles such as private equity funds, pension funds and foundations.

The article went on to note that Joel's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and consolidations and is involved in corporate, finance and securities matters, including corporate reorganizations, restructurings and family businesses; Andrew concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and securities matters and represents both sellers and buyers in a range of M&A transactions; and David focuses on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity funds, among other things.
