Nicole Bogard was quoted in a December 27 story entitled “The ACA: Coming Around Again” from Accounting Today on how the Affordable Care Act will continue to provide new surprises for tax preparers and taxpayers for the foreseeable future. Bogard said that a key point for this year’s rules is that employers that have between 50 and 99 full-time employees, or FTEs, are exempt from the employer mandate for 2015 but are still required to file Form 1095-C.
