Nicole Bogard was quoted in a January 11 story entitled “ACA Reporting Requirements Will Be Tall Order” from SHRM on the tangled web of Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting requirements for employers. Bogard said that it’s so confusing for employers and that employers are not ready for this.
