Ofer Lion a Panelist for "Joint Ventures" at 38th Annual Nonprofit Organizations Institute Virtual Conference

Ofer Lion, partner in Seyfarth's Corporate department and co-chair of the firm's Tax-Exempt Organizations team, is serving as a panelist for "Joint Ventures" at the 38th Annual Nonprofit Organizations Institute virtual conference on January 21, 2021.

Joint ventures can be a great way to achieve economies of scale to reduce costs, try out a new program without taking on all of the responsibilities, or monetize underused assets. The panel will address various available legal structures, tax implications, strategic negotiating points, and disclosures and reporting for joint ventures.
