Ofer Lion quoted by Tax Notes Today

Ofer Lion was quoted in a May 6 story “Foundations Revealed in Panama Papers Unlikely to Be U.S. EOs” from Tax Notes Today on how it's unlikely that the law firm Mossack Fonseca & Co., the Panamanian law firm at the heart of the Panama Papers scandal,  would have formed tax-exempt organizations under U.S. law. Lion said that tax may not have played much of a role in forming the foundations anyway.
