Ohio State University Law Alumni Name Seyfarth’s Douglas Mancino its 2020 Community Service Award Recipient

Douglas Mancino, partner in Seyfarth's Corporate department in Los Angeles, was named the 2020 Community Service Award recipient by the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law Alumni Society. The award is presented to the Moritz College of Law graduate who has volunteered significant and sustained time and expertise to assist a local, state, national, or international humanitarian organization.

Active in many civic and charitable activities, Mancino ‘74 is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Burn Foundation, and a member of the Boards of Directors of the Irvine Health Foundation, The Center on Philanthropy & Public Policy, and Health Net, Inc. (NYSE). He is also a member of the Executive Board and an executive vice president of the Music Center Leadership Council. He has previously served on the boards of several other nonprofit organizations, including the Kent State University Foundation, and the National Center on Philanthropy and the Law. In 2016, Mancino was honored by the Children’s Burn Foundation with the “Spirit of Humanity Award” for his 20 years of service as Chairman of the Board and for his selfless dedication and service to the foundation.
