P3 - Understanding Public/Private Partnerships

Dan McRae was a featured speaker at CDFA's Annual Summit, discussing the intricacies of P3 deals, specifically focusing on financing models where an agreement between a public agency and private partner is created to support the construction and development or ongoing operations and maintenance.
