Paul Baisier Publishes Article on Second Lien Financing Issues in ABI Journal

Paul Baisier published an article in the American Bankruptcy Institute's Journal (April 2007) on a recently decided case (in which he participated) holding that a prebankruptcy agreement to transfer voting rights in a bankruptcy case from one creditor to another is enforceable.
