Paul Ferrillo authored a May 24 article in Law.com, “How Should Directors Respond to the SolarWinds Attack.” Ferrillo said the most important weapon against cyber attacks is an engaged Board that both understands and appreciates the systemic risk issues posed by cyber attacks, a Board that asks the right questions and then takes action where and when necessary to lessen that risk.
