On June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court of the United States issued its expected ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which overruled long-standing precedent (including Roe v. Wade) and now allows individual states to regulate access to abortion services. The post-Roe world will impact employers and employees in myriad ways, creating a number of emerging issues.
