NEW YORK -- (August 10, 2021) -- Seyfarth announced today the arrival of partners Michael Fein and Jeffrey Lampiasi to its Real Estate department in New York. Also joining the firm in New York are Real Estate attorneys Karen Levine (counsel) and Daniel Kessler (associate). All four lawyers join Seyfarth from Watson Farley & Williams.
“Michael and Jeff are strong additions to our national Real Estate department and the growing team we have built in the critical New York market,” said Paul Mattingly, chair of Seyfarth’s Real Estate department. “They have both built tremendous practices and will expand their transactional service offerings on Seyfarth’s national platform.”
Fein served as the head of Watson Farley & Williams’s Real Estate group in New York and represents investors, developers, financial institutions, landlords, and tenants in the sale, acquisition, financing, leasing, development, and construction of commercial real estate.
