Richard Schwartz was quoted in a January 9 story from Law360, "3 Key Questions Now That The SECURE Act Is On The Books." Schwartz said that filing one consolidated Form 5500 is a tremendous benefit to employers, particularly if you have more than 100 employees and had to go out and get an independent audit for a Form 5500.
