Ron Gart was quoted in the Washington Business Journal

Ron Gart was quoted in a January 14 story entitled “Bowser 'blood mad' about Wal-Mart pulling out of planned stores” from the Washington Business Journal on the surprise decision by Wal-Mart to nix planned stores at Skyland Town Center and Capitol Gateway. Gart said if the developers have not missed any deadlines or defaulted on other conditions of the leases, it is highly unlikely that Wal-Mart will not be found in violation and subject to the legal consequences of that.
