OHS Alert featured Sarah Goodhew and Erin Hawthorne in its article, “Q&A: Workplace lawyers explain how to prevent and manage cross-border harassment,” on September 2. Goodhew and Hawthorne provided insight overcoming the difficulties of preventing and managing workplace harassment across multiple jurisdictions and countries.

They also outline the measures used in a harassment-related risk assessment.
