Sarah Touzalin discusses regulations covering long-term part-time employees in Tax Notes

Tax Notes quoted partner Sarah Touzalin in its article, “Part-Time Employee Benefits Guidance a Top Priority for Treasury” on February 13. Touzalin said guidance is welcome to clarify whether earnings in emergency savings accounts should be taken into account when determining the $2,500 annual contribution limit.
