Scott Pearson to Address State Bar of California’s 87th Annual Meeting

On September 14, Scott Pearson, partner and co-chair of Seyfarth’s Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice, will be speaking at the State Bar of California’s 87th Annual Meeting in San Diego, California. His topic is “New Developments in the Enforcement of Consumer Arbitration Clauses.” Scott is serving a three-year term on the Consumer Financial Services committee of the State Bar's Business Law Section.
