Seyfarth Advises BGO in Joint Venture Sale of Multifamily Property in Virginia Beach

July 2, 2025 – Lawyers from Seyfarth Shaw LLP counseled BGO in its sale of a multifamily property in Virginia Beach, VA. Croatan Investments was a co-seller to the undisclosed buyer. BGO and Croatan had purchased the property, which is located near the Oceana Naval Air Station, in 2017.

Gart and Lindsay Konieczny served as counsel for BGO for this transaction. Blank Rome represented the buyer. The transaction closed on June 27.
