Seyfarth Advises Noble Investment Group on Acquisition of 35 Sonesta Simply Suites

Seyfarth served as legal counsel to Noble Investment Group in its acquisition of a 35-hotel Sonesta Simply Suites portfolio, showcasing the firm’s expanded, market-leading Hospitality and Real Estate capabilities across a multi-state, select-service transaction.

The portfolio spans multiple U.S. states and will convert from a brand-managed structure to a franchised model.

The transaction was led by Atlanta-office partners Tom Gryboski and Catherine Morgen.
