Seyfarth Advises Nuveen (TIAA) and Jamestown Venture on Sale of Birkdale Village to Hines

Seyfarth represented Nuveen, a TIAA company, and its venture partner, Jamestown, in the sale of Birkdale Village—a premier 673,000-square-foot mixed-use, open-air destination in Huntersville, North Carolina.

Birkdale Village features a best-in-class retail lineup, and 320 apartments situated above ground-floor retail. Seyfarth is proud to have provided strategic counsel on this landmark North Carolina mixed-use transaction.
