Seyfarth Advises Storage Post on Largest NYC Real Estate Transaction of the Week, Featured in Law360

Lawyers from Seyfarth Shaw LLP advised Storage Post, LLC in connection with its acquisition, out of bankruptcy, of three self-storage facilities in Manhattan and Brooklyn for $110 million. The three properties are located at 475 Amsterdam Avenue (New York), 4396 Broadway (New York) and 491 Bergen Street (Brooklyn).
