Seyfarth Launches Online Resource Center on the Affordable Care Act

CHICAGO (June 10, 2013) — Led by attorneys in Seyfarth Shaw’s cross-departmental Health Care Reform Team, in conjunction with Seyfarth Shaw at Work, the compliance services and training subsidiary of Seyfarth Shaw, and SeyfarthLean® Consulting, Seyfarth announced today the launch of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Resource Center. The subscription-based online tool offers employers targeted, cost-effective and practical support to proactively comply with the ACA.
The ACA Resource Center leverages and packages the expertise of a nationally recognized team of health care reform attorneys into simple tools that save subscribers confusion, unnecessary attorneys’ fees, and costly compliance mistakes. The one-stop shop for the evolving law is continuously updated with a fully searchable documents library on every topic impacting employers within the ACA. Subscribers receive full access to a Resource Center, which includes practical summaries, charts, timelines and checklists. Unique to the site is a Q&A center, which maintains and indexes commonly asked questions as well as responses from Seyfarth Shaw’s health care reform attorneys.
Seyfarth Shaw’s Health Care Reform Team saw a critical need for quality ACA support for small and mid-sized companies and developed the ACA Resource Center to fill that void.
