Seyfarth was involved in two of the largest single-property transactions in the second quarter of 2020, according to the latest rankings from Real Estate Alert. With a combined value of more than $245 million, Seyfarth handled the following matters:

• Single-Property Industrial: No. 3 - Represented DWS Group in a $90.5 million sale of a six-building business center in Hanover, Maryland.
• Single-Property Multifamily: No. 4 - Represented DWS Group in a $155 million sale of a mixed-use high-rise property in Chicago, Illinois.
