Seyfarth was ranked among the top 20 law firms in The Real Deal’s “Who Handled the Highest Dollar Volume of New York City Loans.” Seyfarth handled 121 loans totaling $1.31 billion. You can read more here. 

In addition, The Real Deal released a borough-by-borough breakdown of the firms that handled the largest loan volumes. In Manhattan, Seyfarth ranked in the top 5 law firms, handling 36 deals totaling $1.92 billion. In Brooklyn, the firm ranked in the top 10 law firms, handling 198 deals totaling $580.8 million. The Real Deal analysis of NYC loans closed between July 1, 2018, and June 30, 2019, and were recorded in ACRIS. Only transactions of $1 million or more were included, and law firms were only credited for deals in which they represented the lender. Firms were provided data for confirmation, but not all responded.
