According to the report, Seyfarth handled 2,179 consumer protection matters between 2023 and 2025, ranking fourth among defense firms nationwide for overall matters handled.

The recognition comes as consumer protection litigation continues to rise, with federal filings reaching a 10-year high in 2025.
