CHICAGO (January 14, 2014) — A team of Seyfarth Shaw Corporate attorneys recently represented Indegene Healthcare in the acquisition of Atlanta-based company Total Therapeutic Management, Inc., which specializes in medical chart retrieval, abstraction and clinician engagement for educational outreach.
