Seyfarth represented the joint-venture between Pyramid Global, Western & Southern Financial Group Inc. and Eagle Realty Group in the purchase and financing of the 147-room AC Marriott San Diego Downtown Gaslamp Quarter, in the heart of the city’s historic and lively Gaslamp Quarter. The transaction marks another successful real estate deal for the firm and reflects the continued growth of Seyfarth’s hospitality practice.
