Seyfarth Represents Madison Realty Capital in $285 Million Refinancing

December 10, 2025 – Seyfarth Shaw LLP represented an affiliate of Madison Realty Capital in connection with a $285 million bridge loan to refinance Greenpoint Central, a newly constructed, 473-unit Class A multifamily property in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood. The property also includes 19,589 square feet of ground- and cellar-level retail space, enhancing the project’s integration into the surrounding neighborhood.

The bridge loan refinances the project’s existing construction financing and supports funding reserves, closing costs, and the return of equity to investors.

The Williamsburg–Greenpoint submarket has demonstrated sustained demand, driven by the area’s evolving waterfront, cultural institutions, and creative community.
