As we begin the new year, Seyfarth Shaw’s Real Estate department seeks the top concerns facing the market in 2016 and invites industry executives to take our short three-minute survey. In Seyfarth’s 2016 Real Estate Market Sentiment Survey, commercial real estate executives from all sectors are being asked about their top and emerging concerns surrounding the Federal Reserve, oil prices, CMBS loans, workforce shifts and political uncertainties, among other factors.
