Seyfarth Shaw Adds to London Office with International Employment Law Partner

LONDON (November 7, 2011) — Leading law firm Seyfarth Shaw LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Ming Henderson-Vu Thi to the firm’s International Employment Law practice. Henderson-Vu Thi previously worked at Oracle Corporation, UK, where she was director and senior employment counsel for Europe, Middle East and Africa. She will be based in Seyfarth Shaw’s London office.

With more than 15 years of experience in employment law, Henderson-Vu Thi has provided legal counsel and support for human resource directors and managers across Europe and the Middle East. She has advised on critical cross-border projects including employment law aspects of restructurings, multi-jurisdictional asset and/or share purchase acquisitions, insourcing and outsourcing projects, works council consultation, union issues and litigation of collective and individual claims.

Henderson-Vu Thi received her undergraduate degree in business law and her post-graduate law degrees in labor and employment law from University of Paris X, France, and she also obtained a Certificate of European Studies on European Social Security from University of Edinburgh, UK (European Erasmus program). She is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales and was admitted as a French lawyer to the Paris Bar in 1995.
