ATLANTA (April 27, 2011) —Seyfarth Shaw LLP is pleased to announce that Wayne Bond has joined the firm as a partner in its Atlanta office. Bond, a highly successful litigator, has represented clients in cases involving complex business litigation, administrative hearings and alternative dispute resolution. He comes to Seyfarth from Womble Carlyle.

With nearly three decades in the legal field, Bond focuses his practice on complex commercial and business litigation, with a broad base of experience working with clients in industries including financial institutions, construction product manufacturers and life science companies. He has been involved in regulatory and criminal investigations by federal and state government agencies, representing individuals and businesses in federal and state courts.

Bond has taught at the University of Georgia School of Law, University of Georgia Business School, and Emory University, and he continues to lecture at continuing professional education seminars. He is a member of the Atlanta and Cobb County Bar Associations.

Bond received his undergraduate degree from Kennesaw College and his JD from the University of Georgia. He is admitted to the Georgia state bar, and he has been admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, U.S. Court of Claims, and various District Courts.
