CHICAGO (June 6, 2012) — Leading law firm Seyfarth Shaw LLP announced today that Robert Winner has joined the firm’s Corporate Department as a partner in Chicago. Winner brings a wealth of knowledge and experience working in the energy and clean technology sectors, marking a key addition to Seyfarth’s Corporate Department. He was previously at Ungaretti & Harris LLP, where he led the firm’s Energy and Clean Technologies group since 2009.

Winner brings more than 15 years of transactional experience to Seyfarth, representing clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He focuses his corporate practice on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, securities transactions and issuances, corporate and project finance, and general commercial and business counseling. With an emphasis on the energy industry, he also serves a variety of clients throughout  the cleantech and energy sectors.
