BOSTON (August 14, 2012) — Leading law firm Seyfarth Shaw LLP has represented RBS Citizens in connection with a $72 million construction financing for the development of Waterside Place in Boston, which recently broke ground this summer.  

RBS Citizens led a consortium of banks, serving as sole lead agent & arranger, to provide the developers of this mixed-use development project with one of the region’s largest construction financings this year.

Located in Boston’s Seaport District, one of the most active development sites in United States, Waterside Place is a $120 million high-rise apartment complex that will feature rental housing, retail and parking. Waterside Place’s 236 residential units will be conveniently located between the Boston Convention Center and the Seaport Hotel.
