Seyfarth Shaw's Chicago Corporate Department Co-Hosts Economic and M&A Preview

On October 5, Seyfarth attorneys in the Chicago office Corporate Department co-sponsored the 4th Annual Economic and M&A Preview with The Private Bank and Mesirow Financial. Diane Swonk, chief economist for Mesirow, was the keynote speaker. The event was well attended, with over 170 registrants. Seyfarth Corporate partner Mike Feldman moderated a panel discussion following the keynote presentation, and Seyfarth Corporate partner Ted Cornell participated on that panel. Other panelists were the Vice Chair and Head of Investment Banking for Mesirow and the President of The Private Bank.
