On Wednesday, October 5, Seyfarth Shaw’s Corporate Department sponsored a successful Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) Capital Markets Forum titled, "The New Normal - Credit Crisis Redux" at the Sentry Center in Midtown Manhattan. • the risk of a double dip recession and the subsequent implications for the capital markets
  • Has the economic model that drove the long term boom from the 1980s to 2008 has broken down?
  • What should we expect over the near term if global economies continue to struggle to provide sustainable growth, adequate income formation or accelerated employment?
  • What impacts are low default rates having on the capital markets?
  • How large is the "Wall of Maturities," and can it be fixed without a robust CLO market?
