Seyfarth Shaw's new trust & estate team was noted March 16, 2009 in the article, "5 L.A. Lawyers [Join] Seyfarth Shaw," published in the ABA Journal's online publication. The article noted that the team, headed by Partner Alan Yoshitake, includes Of Counsel Mark Hansen and Edward McCaffery, and two associates who joined Seyfarth Shaw's Los Angeles office. The article also noted that this addition comes from the same previous firm as a nine-lawyer real estate and corporate group that joined the office in October.
