Seyfarth to Sponsor 2022 National Association of Motor Vehicle Boards and Commissions Fall Workshop

On September 21-24, Seyfarth's Franchise & Distribution group will sponsor the 2022 National Association of Motor Vehicle Boards and Commissions (NAMVBC) Fall Workshop in Nashville, Tennessee.

Seyfarth Franchise & Distribution partners will present several sessions during this 4 day conference.

• James McGrath, national chair of Seyfarth's Litigation Department and co-chair of the Franchise & Distribution group, will provide opening remarks at the conference welcome reception.
• John Skelton, national chair of the Franchise & Distribution group, will present on a panel covering "Dealerships of the Future, The Outlook of the Industry".
• Alison Eggers, partner in the Franchise & Distribution group, will present on the "FTC Advertising Rule Update".

The NAMVBC is a non-profit corporation dedicated to:

• Assisting its members in interpreting different state laws and regulations relating to motor vehicle dealer licensing
• Providing a forum for the exchange of ideas for the purpose of developing better methods of management and regulation
• Promoting understanding between government and the vehicle industry
